Endoneb is an innovative applicator for the precise nebulization of Glubran® 2. Ideally suited for EMR and ESD procedures, it enables controlled and targeted delivery, supporting safety, efficacy, and ease of use during endoscopic interventions.

Designed for rapid setup, Endoneb enables immediate activation in just a few simple steps: aspirate, connect, and activate to start nebulization. This streamlined process minimizes preparation time and procedural complexity, ensuring a fast, efficient, and standardized clinical workflow. It allows healthcare professionals to optimize time management and focus more effectively on patient care.

Precise and Adjustable Nebulization

The alveolar-structured tip, combined with a continuous gas flow, ensures a fine, uniform, and controlled nebulization of Glubran®2. This design enables a consistent and homogeneous distribution of the product across the treatment area, supporting optimal tissue coverage. The flow can be precisely regulated via the syringe plunger, and the system does not require gas pressure adjustment, as it is pre-set and ready for immediate clinical use.

Integrated Safety

The protective sheath prevents occlusion of the tip and helps maintain the cleanliness of the working channel throughout the procedure. It is designed to encase the inner delivery catheter, which serves as the sole channel for Glubran®2 administration. The outer channel, instead, is dedicated exclusively to gas flow, which is activated only when the cleaning procedure described below is required.
